Where should I go next fall? / Please Help! Oregon or USF? Must make a decision by tomm!

I was all set on attending USF. I absolutely fell in love with the school. However, Oregon offered me admission yesterday. I am a SEATTLE native and Oregon's campus is only a few hours away. Oregon is higher ranked and more affordable.  I am interested in sports law and SF was a great networking area for that. But I am not sure if I can pass up on the better and more affordable school..


What are your thoughts?? Please help......

I think you wil be admitted into numerous schools, especially if you get your targeted score. It's a story America will love to hear..Schools will eat this up! Good luck!!!

I went to USF this past weekend for admitted students day! I fell in love with it! Great school!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Depending on what part of the sports world you want to enter. A tier 3 school such as Southwestern has produced some people in the front office positions. I'm looking to go in as a sports agent.  The agent who represented the number one player in the NFL draft last year was from SLU.

Networking and connections are very important.  I would highly reccomend that you start networking now if you haven't been doing so....

Any thoughts about UC Irvine? Opening this fall and they are supposed to be giving out almost full scholarships to all of it's incoming class...

I'm a Seattle Native...and this law school is very well respected up here!!! There legal writing program has always been number one or two in the nation for the past decade or so. 

It's a private school and a very tight knit community. The alumni all take care of one another.  Everyone I know that has graduated from Seattle LAW has had no trouble finding a job. UW is respected more nationally, but locally I believe that Seattle U is on the same scale. 

They are real heavy on public interest etc.....
