Reviews, Visits, and Rankings / Trip to NYC, Boston, and DC

I'm doing a trip to Boston, New York, and Washington D.C. to visit schools in late November.

It's a 9-day trip split evenly between the three cities.

I've done a lot of research, but I was hoping to get the advice of the locals or people who are more familiar with the areas than I am.

Can anyone suggest sites to see, places to eat, and things to do while I'm there?

Studying for the LSAT / Parking for LSAT at UT?

Does anyone know where we can park when we take the LSAT at UT?
It falls on a game day, so most, if not all, parking will be off-limits.  :-\

Where should I go next fall? / Help me with my list!

Institution: Large Public
GPA: 3.44 (attaching an addendum to explain poor freshman grades)
Degree GPAs: History 3.6
                    Government 3.8
LSAT: 164 (3 points lower than practice, but only half-heartedly considering a Dec retake)
Recommendations: 1 from Director of Liberal Arts Honors, should cover my abilities as a leader
                        1 from professor I worked for and took 2 classes with, should explain that my grades aren't reflective
                        1 from a lawyer I worked for, should address my interest in law
Soft factors: TAed a liberal arts honors freshman course
                     Worked for 6 months in a large city law firm in high school
                     Worked for 1 year in a small law firm in college
                     Working currently at a restaurant
                     Tennis club, economics club, volunteering with therapy dogs, etc.
List of schools:

Boston University
Fordham
Georgetown
George Washington
Washington and Lee
Washington University in St. Louis
U of Houston
U of Texas
UNC- Chapel Hill

This might be a little too detailed, but I wanted to cover everything. Am I on the right track, considering my numbers?

Recommendations / LORs and Evaluation Forms

I'm applying for the Fall 08 term, so applications aren't available at most schools just yet.
I don't know which schools are going to suggest that I submit an additional evaluation form from my recommenders.
Should I give my recommenders the LSAC form and addressed envelope this early on in the process, knowing I might have to go to them again with more forms once applications are available, or should I wait until I can give them everything at once?
What's the proper etiquette?
