isn't this why the courts exist? to protect the minority against will the majority? they (including what, two conservatives?) found the initiative to be discriminatory. they'd be right (imho).

What if a person believes in a religion that teaches its' members that slavery is justified? If you insult those beliefs then you are basically insulting their religion. You are basically saying that your moral foundation is superior to theirs. 26

as for your situation, i'm with the others, i think you should bite the bullet and go to NM. they've really been on the rise in recent years and i think the crime issue is way overplayed. besides, do well and you can always transfer-- and you won't have to lose a year... 29
