As of this writing, they are both T2 schools. You already know you want to be in Tampa, not Miami or NYC. It's probably not the worst decision you've ever made...but I personally can't see turning down a full ride for the prospect of massive debt after graduation. I care more about debt than prestige anyway, though, so if that's not you then maybe you don't mind the debt. Haha, you afraid U.S. News is gonna spring a new ranking out in between now and when the OP reads this post?

Unlike every day life, the adage to "go big or don't go at all" is not usually the best strategy in battles of reasoning. I don't follow. If I did, in fact, get a 178, why shouldn't I claim thus? Furthermore, I'm not convinced this was a real battle of reasoning, more of a Q & A. I do appreciate you dropping the whole "we" talk though. |
