Law School Applications / Re: My friends think I'm crazy!!!

I was at the LS Forum in Chicago this year, and a lady who works for LSAC told me she knew someone who applied to 65 schools last year...

To be honest with you, I think you have a very, very small chance of getting into a top 30 with a 150..... You hear of a small few with scores in the high 150s getting in to some top schools, but I think 150 is just too low.... However, you have zero chance of getting in if you don't apply...

A) I value the opportunity to graduate with less debt while still receiving a high-quality education.

B) I value the opportunity to graduate with less debt while still receiving a high quality education.

C)I value the opportunity to graduate with less debt while still receiving a first-rate education.

you've got to narrow it down to states you want to practice law in.

LSAC and LSDAS / Re: .rtf or .doc?

you probably can upload .pdf files, but...... I was reading through the FAQ and it specifically lists the file types you are allowed to use, and .pdf isn't among them...

Law School Applications / Re: Question about class ranking
« on: September 27, 2004, 11:04:12 AM »
I sent an e-mail to my school and asked them what my class rank was.  They told me I was in the top 1 percent, but that they didn't take it any further than that (i.e. 3/400, 5/400, or whatever). So I guess on my apps I'll just put top 1 percent......?

anyone else run into this problem?
