Law School Admissions / Re: chances at illinois?
« on: November 14, 2004, 09:40:48 PM »
"Illinois overenrolled this year; it will take a very small class next year to compensate, so it will be hard as you-know-what to get in next year."

That's from www.deloggio.com.

I applied to UIUC too, so I'm hoping this is wrong...

Last year, 325 people applied to Duke with above a 3.75 GPA and between a 160 - 164 LSAT score.  Only 33 got accepted.

You can get the application fees from www.lsac.org.  Look up the school and it will show you the app. fee for that particular school (along with tuition, class size, etc.)

Law School Admissions / Re: Northwestern Fee Waiver
« on: November 09, 2004, 11:23:49 PM »
I got the NU fee waiver too (I live in Chicago). I have no idea why they would send me one other than to try to get as many applicants as possible so they can boost their USNWR ranking. With my numbers, I have practically no chance of getting in, even with 2 years WE...... so, anyhow, I'm not applying.... anybody want my fee waiver?
