Is it necessary to have one? what would someone put into the addendum? what format should it be in?

Ginko Biloba... 60mg 2x a day with meals. I think it helps... makes me feel a little more focused, i usually have attention deficit disorder... three cheers for the lsat... hip hip horay! hip hip horay! hip... look frogs!!! But seriously, anyone else taking supplements that they feel help??

Read an article that said to improve cognitive ability certain foods should be avoided and other should be made a larger part of ones diet...
