Wow!  Congrats!

No way could you walk from Courthouse to GW.  The walk to Georgetown (neighborhood, not school) from Rosslyn Metro is at least 20 minutes, Courthouse to GW is probably 2-3 times as far.

Agreed.  It's kind of nice if you want to exercise/enjoy the weather/have time.  Sorry, I should have clarified -- not as a daily commute, but if you had to or wanted to.

Courthouse to Rosslyn = 10min + 15-20min for the bridge + Georgetown to GWU.  Would be less than an hour.  I don't really know what the point was of adding this... mostly just that I like that I like Courthouse for being in NOVA but still walkable to DC.

No.  I wish NOVA would burn to the ground.  All of it. And it's my hometown, so I'm entitled to bash on it for being disgusting all I like.

That said, the walk across the bridge into G-town IS nice, especially in nice weather.  Just way too long to commute on a daily basis, especially with books and crap.

I think it actually would take about an hour to make it to GW from Courthouse, because to walk from the far end of G-town all the way across the OTHER bridge to Foggy Bottom is really long.  My intuition/experience is telling me that G-town is really equidistant from the Rosslyn and Foggy Bottom metros, plus it is a pretty large area in and of itself.

IDK, maybe I just walk slow. But suffice it to say that it is a considerable distance.

Why do you hate NOVA so much?  Sorry if you've already explained why.  I've been accepted to George Mason and I'm pending at GW-PT.  I have a family and we'd be moving across the country.  Everyone that I've ever talked to that has lived in the general area has loved it.  My wife and I are going to be visiting the area in a few weeks to scope it out.

How long did it take everyone to go complete at GMU?

My application went complete in about 4-5 days from me sending it in.  I received a decision about 3 weeks later (and I applied in January).

tag - this is good info so far as I'm pending at GWU and accepted to George Mason.

It seems like once you have your bachelor's nobody could possibly care anymore. But that's just me and my nontradness speaking.

I would have to agree.  I have a similar background to the OP, but didn't even address this because (1) it was over 15 years ago and (2) my UG performance speaks for itself.

Has anyone applied to both FT and PT and gotten into the FT?

I can't remember exactly how one marks this on the San Diego application, but I applied to both and got accepted to the FT program.  Did the same thing with George Mason and was accepted to PT.  However I was thrilled with the PT acceptance to George Mason as my LSAT is pretty low and they have been rejecting people with scores 5-7 points higher than mine.
