i'de say that makes your decision alot easier....if you are 100% sure you want to be in NY after graduation, and brooklyn is offering you a full ride...and your choices are brooklyn v. wisc....go to brooklyn....what about fordham? if brooklyn is giving you a full ride i assume you will get into fordham...that decision, fordham full price v. brooklyn full ride is a bit more difficult, but i would likely still go with brooklyn and no debt.

I agree that law school is much more interesting and relaxed than a fulltime job...however, the three weeks before finals really do suck.

I disagree, if you are 100% sure you want to be in NY, Brooklyn might be the way to go. I don't know the stats but I would guess that Brooklyn places similarly to Wisc in NYC biglaw. Maybe Wisc goes top 15 - 20% and Brooklyn goes top 10%? Outside of biglaw, I'm thinking brooklyn places better in NY metro area than Wisc. due to local alumni base.

im thinking that is a good possibility, what exactly is a deferral? they push you into reg transfer app pool and take a look at your spring grades? i assume there is no waitlist for EA on admit, reject, defer?
