Can it be a simple two to three sentence letter?

Also, I want to include some sort of LOCI.  Do any of you have some samples I can incorporate?

Reviews, Visits, and Rankings / Re: Mercer
« on: February 07, 2008, 04:56:51 PM »
I work at a MIDLAW firm in Atlanta, and we have good number of lawyers from Mercer.  Also, it looks like other MIDLAW firms hire good number of Mercer lawyers.  However, getting a BIGLAW job from Mercer will be competitive.  Emory, UGA, and GSU lawyers will have edge on you at job interviews.

Good luck at GSU.  It looks like that is most ideal for you.

Law School Applications / UGA Not Requesting LSDAS Report
« on: December 26, 2007, 04:53:19 PM »
I submitted my application to UGA early December, but they haven't requested my LSDAS report.  I e-mailed their admission department, but I got a reply saying they will request it soon.  It's been a week, but they still haven't requested the report.  Anybody having the same issue? Should I wait until they request it or should I call them and ask if my application was incomplete?

Studying for the LSAT / Re: How many practests?
« on: September 06, 2007, 02:00:52 PM »
So you guys take it almost one every other day? My practice test scores are all over the place so I am trying to make it more consistent.  Would taking more practice tests help solve that problem?

Same here.  Trying to decide whether JAM session will be helpful.  I went to the members area to see if I can download the material, but it's not available yet.

Any help will be appreciated.

Where should I go next fall? / Re: How do you request a deferral?

Call or e-mail admissions and ask them about it.  I'm sure each school has different deferral policy.

Where should I go next fall? / Re: Gonzaga 2007?
« on: April 19, 2007, 01:30:25 PM »
Do you guys know what Gonzaga's deferral process is? and whether it is binding or non-binding? One website showed that Gonzaga does not have deferral policy.  I asked the admission office via e-mail, but they have yet to reply back to me.  I am from Atlanta and I want to go to a school in a city, preferably in Atlanta (GSU or Emory).

Should I re-take LSAT and re-apply next year? I don't know if it's better to go to law school for a year and try to transfer or take LSAT again and reapply next cycle.
