That will definitely be the idea.

Although part of me thinks I may want to use the summer to try the SF to PA commute ... maybe get a place down by the ballpark, near caltrain and right by the 280 entrance.

so...like...Avalon at Mission Bay?

(there are others, but that one fits all those things)

That, or something just like it, maybe with just a notch less swank.

Talk to someone running Orientation.  They often have passes that will let you use the gym before the term starts, I believe.

He subtly does a commercial for Gold Bond medicated powder and Ovoltene every few minutes.  And when he says "Page 2," don't actually change pages.

You're lucky to have Hershovitz.  My favorite professor last year for sure.  Young energetic professor, one of the brightest people you will meet and a really great guy to have first semester because he'll make sure you understand lots of the procedural stuff happening in cases (something lots of other people ignore).  Hershovitz is a philosopher, so you'll get a lot of the counterarguments to the law & econ arguments you normally get in Torts.

I haven't had Prescott (yet), but he's also a fairly young law & economics type that people seem to like.  I think his final is a take home.

HM uses a place called One-to-One, and he likes it a lot.  The YMCA is okay but busy.  Otherwise, you've got the CCRB and the IM building near school which you can use for free while you are enrolled in a term.

You can buy on sunday's and you can buy pretty late, but I think they have to close the aisles down in 24 hours stores from 2am until 8am or 9am ... something like that.

You can also have beer delivered.

ETA:  No sales between 2 am and 7 am Mon - Sat, no selling until Noon on Sundays.  Gotta go to church before you start boozing.
