No, not being sarcastic at all.  I am grateful for your input.  My questions may indicate my 'green-ness' when it comes to such matters.  You make very valid points, I was just under the impression that rank matters more than it apparently does.  Thank you.

PS: What is a TTT  :-\

Im deff thinking of not going to wisconsin over the other schools i got money from.  Although Wisconsin is a great school, it is still regional and i cant justify going $140+k + $20k or so in UG debt i have to go to a 'higher ranked school'.

arent you concerned that by not attending the highest ranked school you may be missing out on an opportunity to improve your later earning potential?

Yeah, thats definitely sound decisions making on your part.  I just cant see myself living in PA for three years.  I was miserable in Ithaca.
