What are some other books that can be used if in fact as a substitute for Law Preview. I am a little set in what I am doing, but I would like to hear of various opinions like the OP. I need to be in the top 5%. So I would like to use any and all assistance to get me there.

Good thread! I am also interested in Law Preview. I plan to take on a totally different approach to Law School than I did for UG and I just, like a lot of other people, would like to be as prepared as possible for when I enter school to allow and put me in the best position to succeed.
Yes no one can go to class for me or do the reading for me or even the put in the extra long hours, but I liked the analogy that one used regarding baseball. Myself a past athlete see it that way as well. If I have the talent to be successful in Law School. I just need to work out a little bit and get myself ready for big time college football. With all that being said, I still am not sure if I will take the prep week. It is a lot of money and I am still unsure, but I do need superb grades to enable me to transfer. Advice to an aspiring 0L? 13

Real quick, I was wondering if anyone from LA had received the survey link yet!?! I am getting worried... I am going to try to read that book or at least what I can of it in two weeks. Does anyone recommend some the methods in PLSII? Cuz I was reading that one too....

I am not sure if I got to meet you but I will have to echo those sentiments. I had a wonderful time and I am even more anxious to start school now! CLEO is great!!! I am estatic that I was able to rearrange my schedule to become part of the family. Great people, time, and message!

I haven't received my study materials yet. I am anxious to print those out, but I guess this gives me time to locate free printing... Sheeeesh!!!
I am coming from the Great State of TEXAS! So its a weird trip hours wise for me but i will be getting in early and leaving late. I have only been to LA once before so I hope to get a little looksee this around... 16

Awww thats sounds like it was wassup. I will be in LA next weekend and I can not wait!!! I did some serious rearranging of my schedule once they let me know they still had space available. I just want to be a CLEO something. I couldn't be an associate so I am glad I get to be a Fellow. LA should be fun!!! What was down time like for those who went to ATL?

NO, but congrats Jen2bjd on your acceptances and to everyone else who has been accepted. I am trying to figure out what Houston Law Center is doing. I have not heard from ANYone that has been admitted off of the waitlist thats on here or LSN. They sent out an email stating that they had begun to make offers, I wanna say a week and a half ago. I dunno, but I am being patient and jusst waiting. Congrats to all again. I am joyful nonetheless I could have gotten in to NO schools and have NO where to go this fall.
