Good marketing technique.
I am a future Drexel 1L and I would be one of those people.  Honestly I doubt I would have taken the gamble unless i received a full ride (I received 12k/yr from Temple) but I am happy with my choice.  The Drexel faculty seem to be taking a very pro-active role in insuring the success of the first few classes.  I have talked to a few Drexel 1Ls and it seems most have already secure (good)jobs for the summer. A few are even paid positions which is impressive.  I can't remember the entire list of jobs that I heard, but it included firms, judges, public interest groups and the like.  Not bad. 
Of course it is a gamble.

Do you know what others might be considered as good for the KC area? I also got into Washburn and UMKC, but I was thinking KU is definitely better than those.

And yes, the in-state tuition is very nice.
Mizzou would compete with KU.  I still say KU is better than Mizzou because Mizzou splits between KC and STL.  KU seems to filter almost entirely into KC with some going to wichita and some of the top students going to chicago.

Still it is debateable between KU and Mizzou.

I say definetely KU.  KU is arguably the best school for the KC area and it might be difficult to network your way back to KC (though probably not too difficult honestly).  Unless you love IU-B when you visit i say KU is the (semi)easy choice.

Please do burst my bubble!  I am not looking to be coddled or anything just want to know what i can expect for debt.  I guess the 20k summer reflects summer employment and any money i could make doing work study during my 2L and 3L.  Do you think that might be high at either school?
