I'm pretty sure that by entering relationships we are ignoring our animal instincts/human nature.  I think out purpose is to have as much sex with as many people as possible.  However, I am probably saying this since I've never been in a serious relationship.  I get bored very easily.   :-[
darned social constrictions.  lets also stop ignoring that animal instinct to eat the lice of our neighbors back.  yum yum.
Ok.  But the instinct to bang everything in sight to spread your genes is still alive and well.  Thank god.

I'm pretty sure most people do not have that instinct.

Score!  ;D  I'm in as well.  Just signed a lease for an apt in the Bronx/Riverdale.  I'll be driving to campus (15 min. I expect).  I think Brooklyn may be a hefty commute to White Plains though.  If you can find a place near 125th street, there's an express Metro North train that stops there.  Harlem's gotten pricey too, though.

Are you attending the courses in June?

Hey, I think I am in the running for oldest car here:
1997 Chrysler Sebring convertible
I love it nonetheless.  But it will stay behind for law school... :(

I got you beat.  1994 Honda Civic.  And yes, it's paid for.
