You can download a free trial anytime this semester.  I've found that this software is great for outlining and keeping good notes. I doubt that you'll find anything better out there.  The multiple window viewing feature allows you to keep several briefs, notes, statutes, or sources open on your computer at once. It really does make the difference.

Choosing the Right Law School / Seton Hall

I have to say that Seton Hall is the place to be.  The professors are great and the facilities are tip top.  I also love the administration.  Deans Hobbes and Cornwell ("the kipper") are very approacable and really put the students as the school's first priority.  i've been thoroughly impressed with this school since I got here.

I think that the malcontents on a lot of the blogs need to get a reality check. They have only themselves to blame for their bad jobs and  lifestyles.
