1. Columbia (amid a sea of good reviews, but one person said he was asked to email over the phone and
there was no response when he did e-mail)

8. Vanderbilt (exceptional service, outstanding w/ Southern hospitality)

12. WUSTL (according to one applicant, "the nicest")

14. UVA (extremely accomodating)
15. Penn (reachable, pleasant, outstanding)
16. Michigan
17. Emory
18. Harvard
19. Cornell (swamped as of late but friendly)

21. BU (accommodating)
22. Maryland (prompt on e-mail, courteous on phone)
23. Washington (prompt on e-mail, courteous on phone)

25. USC ("very nice and friendly when they e-mailed to ask me to clear up a few things I'd left off my application")

1. Yale (infamous for being asses on the phone)
2. NYU (nasty on the phone to applicants)
3. UCLA (users suggest e-mail instead of calling)

6. Berkeley (they say they're overloaded, poor responsiveness by email)
7. UC Davis
8. UNLV (they say 'stay away' in their complete letters)
9. Chicago (one applicant said: "HORRIBLE")
10. Brooklyn ("rude and unaccomdating so far this whole admissions cycle")
11. UConn ("would not answer me [about complete notice]")
12. Missouri-Kansas City (according to one applicant, they sent him someone else's acceptance)
