Current Law Students / what is the purpose of outlines?
« on: September 24, 2007, 07:21:29 AM »
Hi, all. I just want to know - why everybody is talking about doing outlines? I mean - why do people really need them? For me, it is easier to read my notes 2-3 times, than spend all this time preparing the shorter version of notes. Plus,I would understand and remember the material better, when I have additional info and information in my notes, then when I have just rules and holdings.
Correct me if I am wrong, and please let me know what you think.

Thanks!

Studying for the LSAT / Re: Computer Adaptive LSAT
« on: July 07, 2007, 07:19:09 PM »
Computerize LSAT?? I am against it. Have you tried to take the test on a computer? How can you underline the main points, do short schemes of arguments, eleminate answers, do games without a pensil and paper?? Eyes get tired from looking at the screen for 5 hours. Plus, the lsac would most likely raise the price for taking the test, since they "use technology, blah-blah"

agree with Jeffort 100%
