Visits, Admit Days, and Open Houses / Re: Whittier Law School
« on: July 03, 2007, 07:33:41 AM »

Thanks for the great information. I guess I'll need to reconsider Whittier now.

I'll prefer to stay in SoCal since I'm very used to the place and want to practice law here after I graduate. If I can get into a good school out of state I'll definitely consider as well.

BTW, is Cali Western ABA approved? I've always thought Cali Western and Thomas Jefferson are not ABA approved.

They are both approved

FYI Golden Gate is also on probation with Whittier.

I think it is something like: OSU>CWRU>Toledo>CM>Akron>Capital>Dayton>Northern.

But im not that sure on the lower four. Where are you looking to stay, Akron places well in Akron-Canton area, CM places very well in cleveland, etc.

Your numbers? Plans post grad? Where do you want to be if not Toledo?

What's a person have to do to get an opinion around here?

LOL No mechanical pencie.
But this testing center complaints, tell me about this - if anyone at the center complains then those tests are held up? Do they email scores later or what? Her account online now says her account is being reviewed???

So did you ever get your score...

Whoops I mean "She"

It seems that having already overtaken Wayne in the rankings by a full tier it will keep on increasing its rep due to the MSU name. Currently you can consider it the second best LS in michigan and the fact that most UofM grads leave the state gives you many options.

How the michigan economy will suffer once the state goes into a full tailspin and needs to be annexed by Canada has yet to be seen however.

Incoming 1Ls / Re: discount laptops
« on: July 02, 2007, 06:23:55 AM »
Several months ago someone posted a link to a reputable discount website for laptops, etc.  I remember that the MacBook Pro was considerable less than the Apple store.  Does anyone know/rmember what I'm talking about?  I hate to pay more than is necessary.  Thanks for the help!

I just want to throw this out there, one of the highlights of any apple product I have ever owned was the genius bar and their return policy.

Sad, but I actually kind of missed Smails.

::makes appointment with psychiatrist::

What happened to him? He got into Harvard and disappeared for fear of being outed?

And what happens if you get into both schools?
