Not so much for class prep, but just to gain some familiarity with the legal system and law school in general. I've been told One L and A Civil Action are good entertaining books that are realistic and informative.
I've also been looking at this book "Getting to Maybe" that is written by two Harvard Law profs who seek to address common errors made by law students on exams. Anyone ever read this?
Would any of you recommend just getting a text book and looking over that? Or maybe a case book? Any comments are appreciated, thanks.
