Aren't we all just pop-ins in this thread?

Seriously, if Levmore is some sort of minor game theory genius, he should be able to game something as easy as these rankings.

"23 used & new from $0.04"   :(

Heads up to anyone in Wood's Civ Pro class: according to the book list, we're using a different casebook this quarter than we did for Buss's quarter.  The new book is Friedenthal 9th ed, same as the other group.

Used copies of our old book are selling for $6 on amazon, so don't expect to break even.

I think 'Scalia Dissenting' would be a pretty great band name.

As you can tell, my focus is razor-sharp this evening.

The great news is that Section D people only have sample exams for 1 of their classes next quarter (Torts) and 1/2 of Contracts (Posner half). Sucks to be us.

Slow down, gunner!  :P

Seriously.  I understand that they want to cram everything from two quarters into the test, but they might as well give us a few more hours on it.  Even her Yale exam was three and a half hours, and those chumps aren't even graded.  I don't think I got much further than the fates of the arm and the house before I had to move on from the first one.

Yay for McAdams' 2000 word limit.  It plays right into my strengths.  Which is to say, my weakness:  slowness.  It is a bad sign, however, that he's apologizing in advance for it being too difficult.

Yikes, a word limit? That would totally play against my strength of writing everything I know about a subject onto paper, and hoping some of it is relevant.

Oh, that's what I do too, except everything I know about crim probably still doesn't amount to 2000 words.  This just allows me to blame it on his word limit instead the word limit in my brain.

And we have multiple-choice questions, too!  I am really in my element with this exam.

How did everyone like Fennell's exam? I felt like I could have used another 3 hours.
