yeah i expect to get nothing. but i would have gotten nothing at Temple as well [since i have CT residency]
I would have gone to villanova over Temple anyway. i just liked the school, people, location better. its very similar to my undergrad anyway--side note. since i know some ppl are amazing with info and know pretty much everything off the top of their heads. how well do u have to do at Villanova to have a shot at NYC? is this possible. i tried to search but couldnt really find anything. not that i am absolutly set on working in NYC, but i would at least like to know i had to the option. 34

i havent talked to them about any financial iad stuff but it would be nice if they would match in-state tuition @ Uconn. then i'd def go there.
i dont think they give out tons of merit aid though. my friend has an lsat of 166 and he only got 15K per yr. [after initially getting only 10K] 35

first of all, the average starting salary out of Uconn is 80K so there are plent of ppl who make more than that to start.
obv the bonus potential is not the same as NYC but there are a few firms that start at the 120-140K and i hold no delusions about Rutgers. i just cant fathom over 150K in debt knowing that unless i am in the top 25% i'd be making 100K or under in all probability. and i really did not like the area around Brooklyn to be honest. i thought it was dirty and not that nice. Perhaps if i loved it, i would have considered it more. Not that i'm saying Newark is any better. LoL that being said-- if i had got into fordham i would have gone there. i'm well aware that unless i am in the top 25% at Rutgers I'd prob have to work in NJ. thats why I am not set on going there yet. I have a little bit more time to decide.
