General Off-Topic Board / Re: Global Warming
« on: January 29, 2007, 06:13:02 PM »
Cow power California has 1.7 million cows and more than 2,000 dairies. A dozen dairies have already installed methane digesters to turn cow manure - a source of one of the most destructive greenhouse gases - into electricity. The digester extracts methane gas from cow poop and uses it to power an electricity-generating turbine. Other dairies have plans to produce a bovine biogas that will be piped to power plants.

Ok here's my chance to promote my shameless liberal environmentalist ideals.

I donate $7.50 a month to replace my carbon output so that its 0 for the whole entire year. Paying this much will get farmers in California to turn carbon into energy and will make an impact.

General Off-Topic Board / Re: Why do people hate Kevin Federline?
« on: January 29, 2007, 05:58:42 PM »
The reason that we all hate K-Fed is that we love Britney. Britney was not only a superstar pop-singer, but she was her own brand. She was a fat girl dying to get out perhaps, but she was definetly a brand that we knew and loved. Then comes in K-fed and he RUINS our favorite brand/singer and makes her this ugly fat trashy mess. We are pissed. We don't like the fact that he has done this and it seems like she is lost forever.

Also he seems to look like a weasel and his behavior is terrible. He seems to not be aware of this and I think the public would be more forgiving of him if he tried to change his image.

Studying for the LSAT / Re: "NOT to do" list for the LSAT

Don't take it if you dont have a good understanding of the concepts. You know when you don't understand the LSAT well enough. Back away from the LSAC website and reschedule to a later day.

Studying for the LSAT / Re: Retakers are more relxed or is it just me?

I'm going to retake it and when I was going over my first test I look at some questions and the light just turned on. I hope that the second time around I won't let all the time constraints get to me
