Some schools (well, one so far) asks for my SAT score. Do I combine my best section from each time I took it (as many colleges do in undergrad admissions) or do I just give the best single sitting?

Do you guys think I should or should not staple my personal statement. On the staple side, that makes sense. On the not staple side they will presumably make copies to move around the table and not stapling would make that easier.
Subject line says it all, how long should the GULC personal statement be? Also, I've gone in a unconventional direction with mine (i.e. not "Why I want to go to GULC" or "Why I want to be a lawyer" It's too late for me to change, but how do you think they feel about unconventional personal statements?

I got a fee waiver today from one of my I really want to go there schools that by the LSAC calculator had been a stretch for me (but on top of that I really like the school and the location). Does this mean I've got a really good shot of getting in?
