We have this one guy who feel the need to argue why his hypo creates some sort of exception to the law. Normally the professor would ask questions to the gunner, but lately the professor has just said, "sorry, thats wrong" and moves on with class. Its the best.

Actually "Judgement" is still an acceptable spelling of the word. However "Judgment" is the preferred spelling for legal purposes.
Just thought I would let you know while you are being a tool and correcting someones spelling. Good thing spelling has nothing to do with law school performance. Thanks Bouche Dag!!!! 23

Everyone is different. I experienced a five point drop one two tests. I was scoring around 167 and ended up with a 162. It all depends. Just practice till you are scoring above where you want to be just to be safe.

Its just that the SEC is the best conference. Any given week any SEC team can beat any other SEC team. It is not the crappy Pac-10 where one team can dominate because they are the only good team.

Its all about choices. I go to the youngest school in the top 100 and the tuition is only $8,000 a year.
The average starting salary is $80,000. Plus people that do well there get regional big law jobs starting at $135,000. Either way you are looking at a very low debt load compared to your salary. There are low cost decent schools. We cant all go to a tier one, but we dont all need to pay 100K for tuition either. 28

Oh come on. People can make their own choices. If some one is taking the LSAT it is safe to assume that they plan on graduating college. Im sure a college graduate is mature enough to make the decision whether or not to pay the money for a prep class, be it for the first or 50th time. People get their dreams taken advantage of all the time.

No No... Here is the real problem. This girl watched "Legally Blonde" and thinks that it is an accurate potrayal or law school and the legal industry. Hey, it was just a movie.
And I am glad there are not enough law schools for everyone that "deserves" to be there. It is suposed to be competitive. That way we dont let as many stupid people become lawyers. |
