this apartment just opened up and i would trust this landlord with my firstborn child. he's incredible and the location is set off-campus by about 15 minutes next to the nursing school for google mapping purposes.

description: " It is on the top floor with a nice balcony view of the valley behind the building and is very nice inside too. The current students have been there for 3 years and trying to get in Phram. school so I am trying to roll with them and the previous tennants stayed for 3 years until she completed her Phd and moved to Atlanta."

great square footage and reasonable rent. let me know if you're interested.  it's not my place and i'm not getting paid for this, he's just an awesome guy who helped me out when my own landlord sucked.  it's a building of condos that are rented out and he owns 9/10 of them with another property group owning 1-2... he had no reason to do some of the great things he did but he did and i feel like people would be privileged to rent from him.  thanks.

No personal experiences, but I hear Loyola is an interesting school to deal with.  My Tulane tour guide says they spend a very long time on each application. Later that night I heard overheard some 0Ls make a joke about the students always saying they go to law school in New Orleans rather than saying they go to Loyola in hopes people would think they meant Tulane.

That said I hear pretty good things about the education their students receive for Louisiana practice.

wow im already beginning to hate Tulane kids

I was wondering if anyone has heard from them.  I've crossed them off my list now, but I still want to know what happened to my file.  I applied in January, but I haven't gotten anything, no email, no letter, no nothing.  Tulane was so quick in responding....

I applied February 1st and heard back immediately - i would contact them asap

I have 3 reasons:
1) It's a good school
2) Everyone I have talked to that goes to Tulane Law is really friendly
3) It's in NO!

and now because of me

I think the question I would like to ask everyone is...

Why Tulane?

your mom recommended it
she goes to college

/non-cage fighter training activities

am i the red-headed stepchild to chime in as a future Wolfpack law student?

Nah, it's all good.  We're all going to be city-buddies anyway.  Speaking of which, how do you intend on going about looking for housing, tenacious?

my crazy ass is driving down there thursday-sunday from michigan and looking around.  thing is i'd much rather live with people for the legal study pressure, etc.  what's your facebook future city neighbor?
