Oh sweet God - my first thought was of Torts.

Someone please, please get me out of fun school . . .

Hell of a living to be made from torts.

So I was reading a back issue of Trial magazine, an issue about "the Great Outdoors." There was an article about the danger of ATV's, in which some douchesack wrote about the different ways you could go about litigating ATV accidents.

I'm not sure if a recent article I've read had gotten me so worked up. Dude wants to blame ATV dealers for failing "to provide required safety information, screen buyers for suitability, and correctly recall or repair a defective ATV," as well as having "the brunt of the responsibility for communicating safety messages and warning to consumers" falling on ATV dealers, despite the information contained in the instruction manual, which he contends is often "confusing" and "overwhelming."

Ugh. People like this make me absolutely despise lawyers and the bull they do.

Mmmmm...dollar signs...

Go to Texas. You'll never want for a job in the state if you do.

My neighbor's blind dog has now wandered into the house and is sniffing around. He seems pretty confused and keeps farting.

So...did your cat kill the blind dog?

Seriously slow...drop the "blind" and add "weight problem" and you've described my puppy.

By the way, any tips on puppy weight loss?  It's been a year and she's lost 2 pounds.

Cut off two of her legs. Guaranteed to lose some weight.

good... glad to be out for the summer and only have work, vs. work and school
doing some cool stuff at work, so that's always good.
still need to pick up more hours tho.
but s'ok...

Work is overrated. I don't believe in it. I do it seven days a week, but I don't believe in it.

I hope if I don't believe in it, it'll go away.

Men are very interesting to talk too, are more footloose and fancy free, can usually be more randomly silly, and put out like it's no tomorrow.

I would never put out for you, T.

oh please... like I'd ask.. ;)
unless you were in the broccoli suit.

Yeah, that always gets people's attention. How the hell are ya?

I'm sorry. I said in the settlement agreement I'd never sit next to you again.

Should I take the train (SEPTA, tranfer to NJ Transit in Trenton) to New York, or Greyhound?

I think Greyhound is cheaper, and slightly more annoying.

I'm a freak magnet, so every time I've taken Greyhound I end up with bipolar wackos who are off their meds talking to me, despite my best efforts to politely ignore them. Trains don't have the same problem, in my experience.
