Life in the Lou is alright. As for BBQ, I enjoy the Korean variety, but there are several other places, both local and chain that are worthwhile.
Of course, Kansas City is about 3 hours to the west if you're really craving some delicious BBQ.

Face off: samgyeopsal or galbi?

How is life in St. Louis?  Do you have a favorite BBQ spot?

Studying for the LSAT / Re: How long did you study for the lsats?

I took it with minimal prep time a few years back.  Around 30 hours spread over a few months.

Well, now I'm serious about applying to law school and I'm aiming for the October 09 test.  I'm trying to formulate a study schedule.  I plan to start studying in February and ramp up intensity as the test approaches.  The only trouble is that I'll be unable to study for most of August.

Choosing the Right Law School / Re: Chicago+($$-$$$) vs Harvard

Anyone know what the cutoffs are for these Chicago half-rides?

anyway I wanted to be in LA, didn't have the GPA for stanford or Berkeley and UCLA/USC is not worth fussing over (actually, from talking to UCLA people, I'm really glad I cam here but that's another story)

care to tell the other (ucla/usc) story?

OP - I'm planning to skip this cycle, study hard and retake in the fall.  When I originally took the LSAT, my law school dreams were halfhearted and so were my prep efforts.  I know I can do better.

Of course, this thread has done nothing to affirm my decision...

lol i feel like eyeoftheligrr is trying to have a duel with me.

Damn straight.  "Johnny Knoxville" got me riled up.    :D
If you had sat on "Bob Ross" for over an hour, my next move would have been "A man without a comeback."
