Mine will be shipped 7/19.  I ordered on 5/24.  Sucks.  I wonder if they will apply new savings/pricing on my order from their new July 4th sale if it doesnt ship out by then.  I feel like this would be a fair deal and isnt asking too much.  What would keep me from just canceling my order and submitting a new order with the July 4th discount if i wasn't concerned with a fast ship date?

Choosing the Right Law School / Re: Reasons to defer...help!

u cant defer then reapply to other schools next yr.  First of all, it will be against the agreement you will sign with them, and second, it is plain wrong to take up someone else's spot so you can hedge your bets and play the field again.  just withdraw and try again next yr.

I think I've matured a lot in the last couple years, but not as a result of any profound life changing events that are convenient for writing about in personal statements. Would it be too weird to explain where I was and where I am now without the "OMG then I got raped/shot/paralyzed/etc and overcame obstacles to realize like how good life totally is OMG" storyline?

You could pay someone to rape/shoot/paralyze you.

ill do it for free.

i wish i learned how to play golf.

A lot of law schools offer golf classes, you can learn while your in school, get a few fiends to take the class with you. Its very good stress relief, if you don't care about your score.

Yea ive tried to learn how to hit at a driving range by my friends who play, but they agree im hopeless.  I played baseball for years and literally held a gold club for a grand total of 3 hours or so in my life.

I don't think Paris Hilton is actually supposed to inherit that much money.

Why wouldn't she inherit her fair share of her parents wealth?

I don't think her dad ever planned on giving it to her.  I could be wrong though; I remember I read it somewhere.

I think youre thinking of warren buffet...who kids are very well adjusted and normal, ei didnt make videos of them getting railed, let it get loose on the internet, then walk down a catwalk and go on TV acting like 50 million people didnt see you get hammered.

I know a few people who do this, and they are all rich. They go to school and quadruple major after 6 years just because they can.  Then they decide to go to med/law/grad/a combination of these, just because they can.  Im not hating...it just must be nice.
