Law School Admissions / On FSU Application....which GPA shoulld i use?
« on: October 19, 2006, 04:39:21 PM »
It asks for UGA.  SHould this be the GPA from my degree granting school or my gpa as calculated by LSAC?

Over the past few weeks ive been asking peopel to read my PS.  For the most part, ive recieved very good feedback.  But there have been a few peopel who have just not returned my correspondence, emailed em back, or anything (if youve just been busy i know this and i understand, im talking about peopel who have just gone dark).  Im not gonan name names cause *hit happens and peopel migth be just busy but.... anyone afraid some of their PS material could be highjacked?  Maybe not so much material wise, but structure, style, anecdotes, etc?

And once again, thanks to everyone who did help me out. ;D

Im thinking a -24/25?  Thoughts?

Ok, i have a very very rough draft.  Would anyone like to edit/comment?  I know grammar + structure at parts will need some revisions.  I just want to mainly get an idea of the theme/main ideas that peopel coem away with, if it achieved its intended goal, etc.

Id appreciate it greatly.  Send me a PM.

Studying for the LSAT / Any sort of pattern of difficulty on the modern LGs?
« on: September 19, 2006, 06:29:07 PM »
Im still fumbling here and there sometimes with my LG's.  At this point, im just trying to think about maximizing my score by strategically attacking the LG's as best I can.  I have the most difficulty with the hybrid grouping/linear games....mostly the harder grouping ones.

Question is, ive noticed that the LGs in the section seem to be arranged generally, from easiest to hardest 1-4-3-2.  1st, and 4th, being easier has been my strongest impressions.  But then again, ive been skipping around from different LSATs from the mid 90's to the early 2000's.

Anyone notice the same or recommend some other order of attacking the games?

I really want to get someof the newer tests under my belt before the lsat on the 30th.  Unfortunatly, i only have tests 48 and 49 that i havent done.  However, I took 43 over 2 months ago so i doubt I will remember it too much.  So here is what im planning on doing.

Weds 20th (tomm): PT 43
Thus 21: Review 43.
Fri 22: Do some sections.
Sat 23: PT 48.
Sun 24: Review 48.
Mon 25: Relax, run some errands, maybe a RC section.
Tues 26: Do some sections.
Weds 27: PT 49
Thus 28: Review 49.
Fri 29: Relax, maybe do a games section.
Sat 30: Dominate the LSAT
Sun 1: Gamblin and boozin.

Im tryin to keep sharp, get a handle on the newer tests, and not burn out.  Opinions?
