This will give you more time to do research about how there are far fewer jobs that applicants for them and how there is far less work for all the solos than there are solos. well, seeing as how I am a practicing lawyer and you are a law school applicant, guess which one of us is more knowledgeable about the facts on the ground? 14
General Board / Re: Give it to me straight...is law school going to eat me alive?« on: April 18, 2009, 01:40:12 PM »
law school is a lot of hard makework, mostly useless in the practice of law. What will really eat you up will be going into debt for a law degree that is mostly useless. The field is horribly overcrowded.

this should show the lemming law school applicants just how overcrowded the legal profession is when licensed lawyers have to resort to this sort of thing to make a measly buck.
Don't do it. Do not go to law school or else you will probably wind up like this guy selling your license for pennies. 16

as a lawyer who graduated from law school over a year ago as a nontrad student, I can tell you NOT to go.
There are no jobs. There is little solo work for the huge amount of solo lawyers. There is rampant age discrimination. me== top ten percent magna cum laude TTT grad in the sunbelt. Cannot even get a response to my resumes. Any more questions?
