As if the mass apology email wasn't enough, I also got a personalized one from a finaid officer, just to reiterate that no, I have not been awarded a scholarship at this time. I get it guys; I suck.
Me too...oh well. Back to ogling UT and W&L this weekend without feeling like I'm cheating on WUStL.

Anyone else get this? It just asks you to accept or decline their offer so they can distribute the funds elsewhere.
I haven't even received a scholarship award letter, so maybe this is good news? WUStL is like the flirtatious pretty girl that teases me.
I got it too! I'm in your position, not having heard anything about the benjamins, so I think I'm going to respond so I can find out how much they're giving me! Money could definitely put WashU back in the running.
Same here. Even a little money wouldn't make it "cheap," but at least it would put it back in consideration.

I don't think you get to pick.
I asked for no roommate and got a king bed with a front room that had a couch and another TV. Very posh for a Country Inn & Suites.
No, I'm just saying...if we're the only two people there...ah, forget it, it wasn't that funny...

I guess it's just me and you, JM. At least we know who our roommates are

Anyone else going? I'm pulling double duty this weekend, hitting up both UT and W&L.

I have Memphis losing to Florida in the finals, so about the only way my bracket is salvagable is if Florida wins it all. Unfortunately, I hate Florida, so it's a double-edged sword.
I'm a Big East fan, so I still have to pull for the Hoyas...until they get in the way of my winning money.
I also hate Florida (well, I hate Donovan and Noah). I am also a Big East fan, which is related to why I hate Georgetown and hope they don't win it all...
HOYA SUXA
Heh, I generally use my Boeheim Rule exemption against Boeheim and 'Cuse.

Too bad neither will get to the finals.
Well, Georgetown won't anyway.

so does anyone knwo if these are real or not? i sure hope not b/c my school dropped!
Sorry, they're real. Guess instead of Wachtell or SCOTUS you'll be doing ID law out of a warehouse in Jersey now.
TITCR ... employment prospects are not a fickle as the bogus "peer assessment" ratings. Just chill.

Also, if these are real and UCLA and Georgetown are actually tied, and that becomes the NCAA championship game (which will be the day after the mag is released) I think we should retain the T14 terminology and demote the loser to the T15 Toilet.
Too bad neither will get to the finals.
