Do your work. It is better to struggle and stress out now than get stuck working hard stressing out for a small paycheck later. I agree some classes are straight forward but you do not want to get caught out there all alone at finals. Your classmates will most likely want to help you out at finals if they know you did the work rather than just sat around while we all spent the semester crying loosing or gaining 50 pounds drinking lots of coffee, buying glasses, having carpal tunnel surgery and passing out on our laptops.  Good luck I am tired BS'd most of today but I am up on my reading.

I have a professor that my 2L and 3L friends tell me uses some of the hypos on the exam . be able to make a connection between the hypo and the rule of law or else it is worthless. My study group and I are planning o use the hypos to practice the rule of law.

stay in Law School have the baby dont listen to the liberal your kid could be the future president. You can do this. My friends are 24 with three kids and they both have there masters degrees and the husband wants to go for his PHD You can do it it will just be a little harder. You will be able to pull it off Good Luck

I have been studying during my breaks between classes. I also study from 5:30 to 8 I did 7 hours on saturday with 15 min breaks every hour on the hour to socialize or smoke or just breath it seems to work I am comfortable plus I have my own time at home and I have Sunday it seems doable

Would the reasonable person consider the statement an offer? No because we are 1L's and our brains are way to packed with info for us to make logical non-lawschool decisions. The contract is non-binding the case is dismissed.LOL I love this site.

Laptops do not take floppys anymore unless you buy it sepratley. Everything is CDR and USB Scandisks are the best way to transfer files.
