I work as a paralegal now and a bunch of the attorneys I work with have said I should get flashcards and work through them before school starts so its less confusing when it all starts. Does anyone think this might be worth it? Has anyone used commercially available flashcards and if so what are good publishers?

So recently I've been getting a lot of stuff in the mail about law school prep classes. I'm inclined to think they are a waste of money, but anyone taken one and thought it was good? I'd love to hear about it...

I thought it might be a good idea to post the financial aid offers we recieve in case people want to know what's going on with their schools and if they could bargain for more money.
I've only got one so far but hopefully the list will grow- BU: $8,500 Subsidized loans $12,500 Unsubsidized loans No grants / scholarships 7

Looking at last year's LSN Northwestern gives out a lot of money. I know there is the Wigmore Scholarship ($105,000/3 years). Are there others? Does anyone know what the selection process is? LSN doesn't seem to indicate a clear numbers cutoff either.

I applied to NYU and am awaiting my decision. I was just wondering did anyone who has been accepted apply for the IILJ (International Law) scholarship? If so, have you heard anything about it?
