looking at one of my reports, and in the LSAT DATA BOX, it has my LSAT score, score bank, percentile, and then index. what is the index, how is it determined?

1. i put my suffix as part of my last name on the common info form, and even when i go erase that on the common info form, it still has that suffix next to my last name so when a school asks for last name and suffix separately, it looks screwed up. any ideas?
2. how do you electronically submit a signature?
When looking at averages or the graphs on LSN, do you think those numbers are skewed? I would argue that for the most part people who take the time to sign up on LSN and post their numbers are of the higher scoring variety, whereas some who get into the schools on LSN with lower numbers never post their stats, leaving the averages higher on LSN. thoughts?
