hmm maybe. But I only had one true closed book exam (I had two where we had a closed book multiple choice section before we had an open book essay section). Personally, I kind of like closed book exams.

how dare you speak such blasphemy...

Everyone in favor of a physical wall should think about the ecological ramifications it will have on the native fauna of the border region.

The wall is one potential solution to one problem that creates other problems in itself.
Regardless of what you think about the issue of illegal immigration, I would hope that after doing some research on the likely effects of a border wall, you'd at least agree that the wall is not a good idea.

I think we should worry more about our coal fired power plants, cars. suburban sprawl and woeful waste of energy in our society more-so than the migration patterns of the spotted yellow black dot on forehead lizard...   A wall DOES create ecological problems, but I think Los Angeles creates more of an ecological problem and they haven't quit building there...

ever since the U.S. put the National Guard on duty in high traffic areas, beefed up patrols and the number of Border Patrol agents the numbers of illegals crossing has dropped significantly.  We only need to enforce the immigrations laws we have on the books and supplement them with increased border security to stem the flow.  Give the INS more money to revamp their system, punish employers who knowingly hire illegals and this problem will solve itself.  The number of illegals has dropped significantly since we put tougher controls in place.  http://www.nytimes.com/2007/04/10/washington/10bush.html

in the left column click on the "Home" link under the "Site" section and you can search there.  It is not as good as the old search function that was at the top of the page in those blue boxes but it kinda works...

I really hope that location matters when getting off of a waitlist since I live about a mile from the law school that just waitlisted me!   I sent two more LOR to them with a very specific LOCI clearly stating my intentions.  I will make other plans, but I am happy that I didn't get rejected as according to the LSAC tables only 6 of 60 got acceptances in my score range...
