Hi All,
I'm top half, not top third at a lower T2. I really loathe the city and need a change. I won't be leaving much behind as far as a shot at law review or moot court. Is it possible for me to transfer anywhere with such lacklustre grades? My main goal is to have a new shot at my GPA. Is this a rediculous reason? I've checked out the yahoo group but there really isn't much information on other applicants with lower ranks. 5

I just listed all of my old prep materials on EBAY. This includes the primer from the Test Masters weekend course. This book is only made available to those who enroll in the $350 weekend. Sorry if this seems like an ad, which I guess it is, but this is a good way to get some prep materials for cheap. Auctions end Friday, and I will ship on Saturday. 6

Is anyone planning to attend a law preview course? I've gotten mail from Law Preview and Bar-Bri so far, but am unsure if this is worthwhile. They both cost around $1200 for five days.

Has anyone seen grants in their aid packages? I got a ton of these for undergrad when I was under my parent's wing, but now that I'm single I haven't seen any.

I just got an email from FCU for a free trip to admitted students weekend. Anyone have any ideas what this would be like? My parents live in the area, so I was hoping to get away for a few hours to see them.
