Non-Traditional Students / Ugrad Electrical Engineer interested in law school

I am an undergraduate electrical engineering student with a GPA of about 3.2 who is interested in law school and patent law. I believe I can score high on the LSAT but I wanted to know if my GPA would hold me back from getting into a top 10 or 25 law school assuming a great lsat score. Do law school admissions take into consideration that engineers on average have lower GPAs compared to the humanities or social science majors? Thank you.
