How are job prospects from your knowledge?

I know the school is very new and has provisional accredition. Has that effected you in any way? internships? quality of teaching?

when did you apply? I applied and didn't get a decision either. Although I didn't really expect anything as I applied late February.

I placed an application there and just wanted to get some insight as to how the school is viewed in California.  I would love to in LA so if I got in I would strongly consider it, Going to Lakers games(huge fan) and the ability to work in a warmer area is big to me.

Just wondering as I put an application in there. I would love to work in LA because of the weather, plus being able to go to Lakers games would be awesome.

For some reason it finally started working.

300 dollars in the long run isnt a big deal especially when it means going to the school of your choice.

Is it better to go to a lower tiered school (3rd, not 4th) than a 2nd tier?  If I am at the top of my class at Pace or NYLS will I have a better chance of a better job than if I am the middle of the road at Cardozo or Brooklyn?

How "at the top"?  10%,  5%?

I was wondering the same thing.. For example is it better to be top 10% at Howard or to be top 33% at Rutgers Camden.

its worth noting that Camden, N.J. is top 5 for the most crime in the U.S.

I grew up 5 minutes from Camden, NJ. It's bad, really bad. But you can just live in Cherry Hill or another town.  If you know how to handle yourself you will be fine. I applied there and I am waiting for a decesion. I would go because of instate tuition and I can stay with in my brother's apartment for close to nothing.

yeah I have a year of left to play to bball but Im not sure its worth it. I think I'll just workout with the team and stuff because Im not trying to have my grades suffer for it. But the thought did cross my mind. Its just that 2 1/2 - 3 hour practices plus games and travel is very demanding when trying to compete with people who dont have that burden.

I went to college on a full athletic schlorship and will prob be at a tier 2, hopefully state. What is the difference between this and someone taking a risk going to get a undergrad degree. Im not going into law for the money.
