Transferring / Re: top 7~14 (Non HYS CCN) to top 3 (HYS)

I have heard of a transfer from UMiss to UVA, so I would suspect that T14 to T3 is possible.

Erapitt's response to my email box.  Again, making my point:

Sent to: hiringtime on: Today at 04:10:33 PM

The reason you got horrible responses to your job advertisement is because only Third Tier Toilet law school graduates are interested in doing legal research for a fraction of what can be made at a big firm.

What happened really should not have been a shock?  Or were you expecting the editor for Harvard Law Review to be applying to your low prestige position?

And he apparently doesn't even know the proper use of a question mark.

Are you serious?  What a loser.  That guy is just pissed because he know he will have to compete with people who got lower LSAT scores than he did.  Apparently he did well on the LSAT and he thinks that accomplishment should be all the work he has to do for the rest of his life.

Hey, is the position still open?  Am I going to have to do anything other than cite check?  I saw on Law & Order that research projects were really fun.  Thanks Jimmy, let me know.

usually they expel people for cheating, however they wouldn't expel you just for being accussed.  There would have to be some kind of hearing, or proceeding.  It may also depends on the assignment, I would say.  If it was a research assignment that was the final grade in a class, that is big.  If it was some bluebook exercise, I think they would reprimand you to start with.

And you would have to report any academic punishment to the bar.

I think it is basically impossible to be kicked out of lawschool because of grades to start with.  Unless you are literally trying to fail, I don't see how this issue could come up.
