He has repeatedly been below average up until this point, what makes you think law school will be any different? News flash: Law school is more difficult than undergrad. Also, his LSATs were well below average as well.

Lawschool isn't more difficult than undergrad, IMO. That is coming from someone who has actually been to lawschool, as opposed to Erapitt, but take it for what its worth.
The hard part about lawschool is figuring out how to study, it isn't like anything you have done before and they don't tell you how to prepare. Once you figure out how it works, it is easy. I have done less work every semester and my grades keep going up. After your first semester, law school is substantially less work than undergrad if you had any kind of demanding major. If you majored in History at Easy State University, it might be harder than undergrad.
