Agent Skully keeps it gully.
Brooklyn stand up!
what up, son?
DeShawn is my second fav. Lisa is barely tolerable...
explain this reaction.
Deshawn?? Lol she's so annoying.
She is a whinner but she is tolerable. But the rest of them just horrible. And the white chick with the wig crying because she thought she had cancer..WTH!!! We were up at 2 am watching that crap, my cuz explaining to me the fine points of how to properly wear a wig and then goggling these heifers to see who is really broke. The 6th housewife... the dude.. now he was a mess. I can't believe they are going to bring them back for a 2nd season
Why not? This Housewives installment is the highest rated out of all of them...Bravo knows a money maker when they see one.
And Dwight is my man! "How dreadful!"

If you say so.
The point is, Alici, is that I'm looking for people to prove me wrong. Two week ago, I met a Yale alum, now a prof at a T40, who tried to convince me to apply to Yale. He felt that my "whole package" was something they would appraise in an unbiased fashion, yet I theorize that while my package might be appraisable if I were of a certain age, there is in fact a cutoff - a point there law students are past prime. I'm perfectly willing to be proven wrong - but as of yet, I haven't run across a T14 1L under the age of 40. If you come across one, particularly one of color, can you let me know?
I think the dearth of over-40 law students has less to do with any "cut-off" and more to do with the fact that a.) few people at that age are willing to go back to school to start new careers, b.) of those who are, even fewer have the qualifications to attend a t14, and c.) of those who do, even fewer are willing up uproot or leave their families to move to one. So yeah, few and far between, but probably not because of any "psychological cut off."
I'm in 100% agreement with A.
FWIW, there's a woman in my class who I'm guessing to be at least 45, probably older. But she's not an URM, though.

hmm no Gtown acceptance yet, and I know many have went out... 164/3.92. interesting. maybe shoulda mentioned diversity more in my PS.
GULC is weird. You will probably get in, but don't feel bad if you don't. I got WL after 5.5 months of waiting

Nah, that's just a sign of being anal . I know plenty of lawyers and law students who are poor grammarians. These are the same people who think Bluebooking is hell on earth. I rather enjoy it.
Says the Law Review editor.
dude, i didn't even know any of this. belated congrats!

Hello everyone. This is my first post. I've looked at medians and 25th/75th percentiles to get a pretty good idea where I'm competitive. However, I am having trouble determining where I can realistically expect a full tuition scholarship. ( A stipend would be great too).
yup...and Emory would probably give you 90K & up

That loud clickity clackity sound you hear is Justice Stevens feverishly typing his resignation letter, effective January 21, 2009.
I thought Justice Ginsberg was in a retirement frame of mind too?
she is...i believe that her hubby is sickly.
