General Off-Topic Board / Re: JJ and his DWI

I've never been more happy about someone getting caught doing something like this in my entire life. I hate JJ Reddick. I hope he falls to the bottom of the first round and is out of the league in a few years. He's an idiot.

I'm from Oregon, and though Portland may be more well planned, its natural surroundings are absolutely not better. The Puget Sound is awesome. The Columbia river? Ehh... Seattle definitely wins that battle.

Incoming 1Ls / Re: How much will you spend on food every month?!?!

Hey, I hit the major food groups. Healthy? That's what the running is for.

And fair enough, I don't live in NY, where I'm sure food costs more.

But eating trendy? What does that even mean?

that is rediculous.  no way a normal person can average <$200/month over the course of a year.

I don't consider myself a 'normal' eater and I would venture that I spend far less than 200 a month over the course of a year. I weight 205 pounds, and I eat absolutely all the time because I run 30-50 miles a week, in addition to weight lifting and playing basketball. I don't think that I've ever spent more than 200 dollars in a single month on food, even counting eating out occasionally and going out drinking. 200 a month is a lot.
