I would definitely give more weight to your professors explanation, just because generally professors assign grades and casebooks don't--but I would demonstrate knowledge of the case material as much as possible.

really interesting experiment!

I've used variable interval questioning to keep kids alert and 'processing', myself. It's sort of an elementary synthesis.

I remember how frantic I was last year, and just wanted to offer any advice or support I can give to you guys. If you are considering Cleveland-Marshall especially, send me a message and I'll set up a time with you for a visit, or just answer questions you might have. Things I can speak about: Involvement in the SBA Senate, Criminal Law Society, Cleveland Council for World Affairs, writing for The Gavel, and--oh yeah, classes too :)
