the Barbri outlines are great. i personally think that the best way to study for an exam is to do tons of practice exams.

but you decided to go elsewhere b/c you wanted to get out of the area where you had already lived...and just wanted to explore new territory...
and now you have a reason to return to that area, and feel that they could not only offer you the opportunity to experience the great things they have to offer, but they can also make it possible for you to pursue your dream while being at your mother's side...and that you will prove to them that you have great things to offer to their school and environment...blah blah blah....

I hate Civ Pro....that's the one exam i am rather fearing...not to mention that my Civ Pro professor is the wicked witch of the east.
