yes, congrats...mcgeorge is a good place..i was thoroughly impressed upon my visit there...much more than i expected..i just simply don't want to live in sacramento...that's my own personal reason...oh, to answer your question about my friend...she did call a couple of times, but finally found out through email that she was waitlisted...she bugs them all the time about getting in, and, it seems that they still are "on hold" in some respects...they are pretty close to saying that they have absolutely no room left, but not QUITE there yet...i guess til 2nd deposits are due...good luck!

I applied to McGeorge in February and heard back within 2 weeks.  I was accepted and offered a scholarship and then was flown out there to visit for Legal Scholars Day.  I did like the school, but decided not to accept.  I have a friend who applied much earlier than myself and only recently found out she was waitlisted. Evidently, they have had quite a few people put down deposits, and they are offering less spots than in the past.  If you haven't heard by now, they are probably waiting until 2nd deposits are due.  I would just contact Adam Barrett (the Law School Dean AND Director of Admissions) directly.  He is friendly and helpful.

yeah,i'd like to ditto that question...no scholarships here...i need to decide on which private loan. the school gave me a list of their most-preferred/popular. to be honest, i'm not sure exactly what my credit looks like...i have had some late credit card payments, and i owe some money on my credit card as well as a small personal loan...
