I work in an office with a bazillion women.  Okay that might be an exaggeration, but it sure feels like it.  I get hit up to buy stuff from these places once a week sometimes.  I caved once and bought square taper candles because they're a novelty and were 6 bucks for a box of 12.   Most of it is crap though.

Can I hope to just find me a sweet, artsy, musician and let him be the "soul" and me make the money?

Of course!  I just know that with what I want to do...I wont be rolling in the dough anytime soon.

My plan for dating in law school is to find some U Chicago grad/law/med student(since I'm living in Hyde Park this'll be easy).  That way no matter what field...they can make the money and I can be the soul(non profit law)  Haha  :D

I'm actually a little serious about this... ;)

what i noticed, is you didnt mention a gender...

;D

Most like male but...who knows :o

For you blue  :-*

How you sign and who the lender is is also different if it is a direct lending school or a FFELP lender school.  Oh the woe of having to learn a finaid system all over again.

Incoming 1Ls / Re: Chicagoland LSDers

It really is a great website, but in my experience as long your not looking for trouble, are ware of your surroundings and don't look like you have something to steal(ie a laptop in a typical laptop bag  ;D ) your fine.  But it is nice to know roughly what to expect.  Seems to be mostly burglary-type stuff near where I am looking.

probably contracts or property & oddly LRW. i say LRW because i'd really like to work with a development based NGO and that means a lot of research & contracts.

I was also going to say legal writing.  I like producing something tangible to prove that I did the work.  And from the sounds of it a lot of work it will be  ;D

I like H&M, but they really just are a sweedish GAP

nah, they're way better than GAP.  once you own a white T shirt and a pair of khakis, you own everything from GAP.

I hear that there is an H & M in Chicago...this makes me very happy
 :) :D ;D :) :D ;D :) :D ;D :) :D ;D :) :D ;D

Also, why bon marche?  in french it means cheap

I think they were going for a more literal translation....good buy.  During the merger they called themselves Bon Macy's...tards ::)
