Of course something as serious as that should be decided on a whim, but I think it is a choice that needs to be made by the family and not the government. They're are too many religious and cultural reasons. 34

Really no ones genitalia are "pretty". For all the "frou frou PC free to be you and me" crap it is true. Penises are ugly. Vaginas are ugly. BUT that doesn't mean that they are bad. In fact they are quite the opposite. I think our society tends to equate ugly with bad. And that just isn't the case. 38
