Cbone definately wins. Thanks to him, I was accepted into Harvard yesterday although I'm still waiting on all my other acceptances to come in today.  (Unfrozen Caveman Lawyer: probably one of the best SNL skits of all time)

If it's any consoloation, I'm also a white male thinking of attending Howard. or perhaps instead of consolation, let it be your misery as that means two less girls for you! :P

Lets play a different game. it's called: DEFINITELY LIE TO ME. Lets see who can get me my answers the quickest!

I'm from the Philadelphia area and I would say that Penn State isn't unreliable at all. From my experience at my law firm (paralegal), the school gets a good amount of respect.  I would say Pitt. gets more, though.

Hey guys, what's going on? I've applied to law schools in mid february and I was just wondering how soon you guys think I'll hear back. I know it probably depends on the school, but even a general idea would be abfab. hell, lie to me if you have to.

I hope you're right! I think I'm developing ADD from how often I keep checking the LSAT site.  I wish my score would just appear already! I don't want to wait till tomorrow!

Aw... I checked 8:30, 8:45, 9:30, 10:00 and just now (10:45).   Maybe by force of will they'll appear sooner

Thanks for the advice and the inputs. I feel a little bit better about everything. I also sent out a couple last minute apps to some T2 schools for PT. Wish me luck!

I graduated in '02. I have been working steadily during undergrad (mostly PT) and FT directly afterwards

Hey guys, what's doing? I just signed up for these boards, but I've been reading everything you guys have been writing for awhile. Anywho, my question is basically, "What are the chances that I'll get into any of these schools?"
GPA 2.51
LSAT 151 + ?? (2/2/06 LSAT)
Paralegal experience (mostly courtroom work. have ABA cert with 3.3 gpa)
Have a great resume (been working since I was 16 (86)

In no particular order:

Florida State
Penn State
Nova SE

>Bear in mind, money isn't an issue. Scholarships don't factor in.  And I know, I scores aren't that hot. But my GPA is due to some 3rd party circumstances which I've listed in my applications (the 3.3 I recieved in the paralegal studies is closer to home) so hopefully they'll weigh that in as well.  Anyway, any thoughts would be helpful! ;D
