Did you take a prep course for LSAT? If not, you'll want to do that.

So what are most people doing when they move - campus housing, off-campus housing? Some schools have online housing searches - you can find people who are looking for roomates etc.

When I read the title of this post, I thought it would say drinking was the cure. I don't drink myself, but I can see how one could use that as a coping mechanism, albeit a not very healthy one.

Law School Applications / KU Tier 1? + Ranking Issues
« on: March 24, 2006, 10:03:28 AM »
I guess University of Kansas is Tier 1 according to U.S. News for 2006. So is Marquette. Hm...don't here of these places much. Would one be better off going to one of these schools vs. Depaul because they are higher ranked. Depaul has a decent rep though.

Law School Applications / Re: Priority Waitlist??

Is priority waitlist the same as regular waitlist (people who's numbers aren't as competitive), or do you think I got waitlisted because I applied too late?

No, its better than the regular waitlist. You likely would have gotten in had you applied earlier.

I guess it's speculative. It's just not fun to have to speculate.

Law School Applications / Priority Waitlist??

What does priority waitlist at UIUC mean? I sent my application on March 1st (one of last minute, it's a long shot, but why not apps), and they sen the letter on the 10th.

Law School Applications / Re: The late acceptances- after March 1st

So, should all acceptances come in by the first week of April? Some of my apps were commpleted in early March. I'm in the range for the schools, but since they got completed so late, I worry that the spots are gone.
