This is for the upcoming fall 2006 semester.

- Rent maximum of $700 per person including utilities (Open to MD/DC/VA area as long   as it's reasonably close to the metro)

- No smokers or people who consume alcohol excessively

- No homosexuals

- You must have a respectable level of cleanliness (i'm not a neat freak but you have to be willing to clean when it's your turn)

- No dogs or cats, snakes welcome

- 12 month lease (or less); we both sign it

- cable is not a necessity for me so i won't share the bill if you order it; we can do internet

Any interested person please PM me or link me at

damn, they offered you 30Gs? what the freak did you get on your lsat?  yes bredren, you need to just take that and go

"Ethiopian...coptics...HIM his imperial majesty halle selassie I...king of kings...lord of lords...conquering lion of the tribe of judah..."

Respec to Selassie I, but the true Conquering Lion of the Tribe of Judah is Jesus the Christ.

silva--hmmm--too petite for what? to be beautiful?  :-\

no Faith, i already stated that I think they are beautiful, as are all groups of Black women.  It's just a personal thing for me, I like my females more voluptuous.

To Faith and the others who think Ethiopian women as a group are beautiful, why is this? I bet someone else that the idea of Ethiopian beauty would come up in this thread, and predictably, it did.

Ethiopian women are beautiful, but I think they tend to be too petite compared to some other groups of Black women.

One of my favorite Ethiopians...

W/o looking at the rest of the thread...

Nigerian - beautiful women and the brothas always seem to be big for no reason

Jamaican - Me and mi bredren and sistren

Southern African-American -  has family all over the US and maybe Canada

African-American from NY - what's really really good son?

Haitian - Carib bredren, French/Creole speaking

Ethiopian - Haile Selassie, world-class runners

Gemini, thanks for your candid response.

Roxie, thanks for your input as well, although it was biased since you are a current student. ;)
